By reserving an appointment with Lash Pro Miami (Lash Pro, LLC), you are agreeing to the following policies. Do not reserve an appointment if you cannot comply with the terms disclosed. Lash Pro Miami reserves the right to refuse services.

Guests arriving after 6PM and on weekends, please use Lincoln Lane entrance (back entry).

  • The salon's preferred method of communication is messaging. Please ensure that your phone number and e-mail is up-to-date for emergency contact. Appointments and changes made are not valid without an e-mail confirmation.

    For urgent matters and assistance, please message (305) 209-2779, do not call the salon or your artist. They cannot be liable for appointment changes.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 12 hours before appointment time will be accredited a gift card equivalent to the deposited amount (message salon for assistant). Guests have up to 12 hours to reschedule appointments without accruing any charges (refer to confirmation e-mail or visit fresha.com to make changes). Re-scheduling an appointment under 12-hour notice is equivalent to a cancellation and is subject to a late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is 50% of the entire service booked (message salon for assistant). A less than 3 hour notice of rescheduling and/or canceling is equivalent to a No-Show (as it does not allot enough time for a replacement client to commute to the salon). The No-Show fee is 100% of the service(s) booked. Medical exemptions will require documentations. Please carefully review your appointment date and time, Lash Pro Miami cannot exempt charges for mis-booking. Charges cannot be exempt for delayed travel plans. Please do not reserve an appointment on the same day you are traveling. SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE FINAL.

  • Please be advised that by reserving an appointment with Lash Pro Miami (Lash Pro, LLC), you are authorizing a one-time payment for a specified timed service. As time is irreplaceable, a missed appointment/no-show deposit is non-refundable and cannot be accredited towards a future appointment. It is your due diligence to inspect the salon’s work before your reservation and you are encouraged to communicate any alterations desired, before leaving your appointment. If pre-mature shedding occurs, an assessment must be scheduled within 3 days, with the original service provider. Please message salon for arrangements. Services cannot be guaranteed for guests with existing damaged lashes, excessively dirty lashes or guests who cannot lay still with eyes closed for the duration of services. Please carefully select the desired appointment date and time as SAME DAY reservations are FINAL, will be charged in full and is non-refundable. Please reserve appointments with the credit card you intend to pay with.

  • Refills are honored 2-3 weeks from the original service date, with at least 50% of lashes previously applied. Any appointments made 4 weeks from the original service date or with less than 50% will be charged as a "Full Set." Foreign fills must have at least 50% of lashes originally applied, with no clumps or lashes stuck together. If the above conditions are not satisfied, guests are required to book a removal and Full Set. We do not offer partial refills, services are charged in accordance with the price disclosed at booking. Violations are subject to refusal of service and charged in full for the service time reserved.

  • Lash Pro Miami is located on a heavy-traffic road, please plan your travel accordingly as events, accidents and delays occur frequently in the city of Miami Beach. Message salon if you will be late to your appointment; otherwise, your appointment will be terminated and you will be charged in full for the service reserved. Due to quality concerns, your artist is prohibited from starting services 15 minutes past appointment time. For the same quality concern, you may experience up to a 15-minutes wait time. Lash Pro Miami will not exempt charges due to work obligations, flight cancellations/delays, babysitter/nanny cancellations, or weather conditions (it is your due diligence to act in a timely manner, last minute notices are deemed neglectful to your responsibilities and will be charged in accordance to our cancellation policy).

  • Clean lashes are the foundation of a healthy and long-lasting eyelash extension application. Please shampoo your lashes before or upon arrival, if you have been sweating or have applied products on/around the eye areas in the past 48 hours. Extensions with visible signs of mascara wear will be required to get a new set. Mascara cannot be removed completely from extensions; therefore, the extensions will not bond and last. The retention of my lashes will not be guaranteed if specialist disclose any elements of oil or make-up are present. A repeat offense may be subject to refusal of future bookings. Avoid make-up on and around the eye area on the day of your appointment. This includes mascara, consealer, eyeliner, and eyeshadow.

  • Lash Pro Miami does not have an attached parking facility, please plan additional travel time to find street parking or in one of the suggested garages listed here.

    If you are arriving in an Uber/Lyft, please double-check that you have the correct address: 407 Lincoln Road, as Lash Pro Miami is not affiliated with these platforms.

  • Please do not bring friend(s), boyfriend, husband, children, baby, or pet to your appointment. Movements and noises can startle working staff and patrons, and deem a hazard to the nature of our establishment. Please silence phones and finish all calls prior to entering the salon. Please keep eyes closed for the entire duration of your service, unless otherwise instructed by your specialist. Violators will be refused service and charged in full for the service time reserved.

  • For the safety of our staffs and guests, we ask that you post-pone/reschedule your appointment should you experience symptoms of a fever, cough, or cold. In the incident in which you arrive with these conditions, you will be refused service and charged for the full amount of your service. Because the application of eyelash extensions requires very close contact between our staff and client, maintaining good health is our number one priority. Should you need to cancel due to symptoms of COVID-19, you are encouraged to get tested for yours and our community's best interest. Results can then be e-mail to contact@lashpromiami.com to process a refund of your cancelled appointment. Please message the salon within a reasonable time-frame. Cancelling/rescheduling 30 minutes before, at or after you are expected at your appointment time is deemed neglectful to your responsibilities and will nullify any medical related exemptions. Clients whom have cancelled due to symptoms of illness will not be able to re-book without medical clearance and/or a 7 day isolation period (from date of notification).

  • By receiving services from LASH PRO MIAMI (Lash Pro, LLC) you acknowledge and consent to this establishment being under security surveillance at all time, and before and after photos to be documented for quality and safety purposes.
